1. First you will need to install the software on your computer. Please follow these steps for download and installation.
• Click the Download Now link (below) and select "Open" to download and install the software.
• Once installed, to access the Charts, click on the icon on your computer's desktop and use your registered ID and Password to login.
• Before logging in, please proceed to step 2 for Java upgrades and installation.

2. Next you need to install/upgrade the latest Java from Sun Microsystems. This step is for ALL Windows users. This upgrade process will take you less than 5 minutes and will improve your Internet Explorer performance when running Java applets. To upgrade or download & install Sun Microsystems Java, please visit this web address then click on the "Download Now" button:

After this is downloaded and installed please restart your computer. Then please go back to your computer's desktop and click on the icon labeled "IntelliChart Desktop" to login. Please let us know if you are unable to access the chart.

The following Microsoft Windows service packs are required in order for the latest Sun Java to run successfully.
